BoxGhar provides premium gift boxes, gift bags, greeting cards, packaging products, and custom packaging solutions for personal and corporate gifting.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation where advance payment is required.

7. Shipping & Delivery

8. Custom Orders

  • Once production has started, customised orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Customised products are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

9. Returns & Refunds

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the product.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
